Chef Todd Richards and his Lush life restaurant group partners took over the operation in mid-June, and the menu looks and tastes completely different. Duck, turkey, and three different kinds of fish joined the protein lineup, as have the unctuous sausage links from famed Southside Market in Elgin, Texas. But the true attention-grabber is the pork shoulder, more deeply permeated with smoke and chopped into a rustic tangle.
